Scope

This Privacy Statement applies to all Ticketfoni websites, apps, services, and tools (in other words, the "Services") mentioned, including mobile devices.

This privacy statement applies where Ticketfoni services are offered via any Ticketfoni partner's website, application, service, or tool, and/or where postings and content are released or advertised in accordance with the provisions of this privacy statement.

Processed Personal Data

Personal data is information about a specific, identifiable natural person.

An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, either directly or indirectly, by one or more specific factors, such as a name, identification number, location data, an online identifier, or physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identification of that natural person.

Personal data does not include information that has been anonymized or aggregated in such a way that it can no longer be used to identify a specific natural person, either alone or in combination with other information.

When using Ticketfoni Services, registering on the site, giving information to the site in a web form or in the context of promotions (including prize draws), updating or adding information to an account, and internal site correspondence, personal data is processed.

Some of this personal data is required for the supply of the Services or the completion of a transaction; the "User Agreement" is required for the identification of party information. As described below, Ticketfoni may also collect personal data from other sources.

Personal Data provided to Ticketfoni when using the Services or opening and account with Ticketfoni;

• When registering with Ticketfoni; identifying data such as name-surname, adress, telephone number, e-mail address, business vendor information or tax identification number,
• When creating a profile on Ticketfoni, the information provided to Ticketfoni may include a profile picture and access to the camera and/or photo library (depending on whether this service is activated on the computer or device),
• The purchase or sale of a ticket based on information provided during a transaction, or the creation of another transactional ticket because of a transaction involving or linked to the account,
• Any additional content produced or linked to the account (such as viewing tickets or making payments)
• Financial information pertaining to a deal (such as credit card, debit card or PayPal or bank account information).
• Postage, shipping, billing, and other information (such as Tax or other identification numbers) used to buy or send an item, as well as information needed to clear customs and associated postal information (such as tracking numbers and tracking updates) where postal services are offered through one of the Ticketfoni programs
• Through a web form, updating or adding a Ticketfoni account, participating in community discussions, chats, dispute resolution, or referral services, or communicating with Ticketfoni,
• Additional information needed or authorized by applicable national laws for collection and processing to verify user data, authenticate identity, or authenticate the information collected.

Automatically Processed Personal Data When Ticketfoni Services are Used or a Ticketfoni Account is Opened;

• Ticketfoni collects data on user interactions with the services used, advertising preferences, and data for reaching Ticketfoni. This information is obtained from platforms (including mobile devices) used to access Ticketfoni Services. Data such as device ID or unique identifier, device type, advertising ID, and unique device identifier may be included in this data.
• Location information, including mobile device location information, is also analyzed. The use of location services on most mobile devices can be controlled or disabled by any program on your mobile device via the device's settings menu.
• Statistics on page reviews include computer and connection information such as traffic to and from sites, referral URL, advertising data, IP addresses, browsing history, and web log information.

Personal Data Collected Using Cookies and Similar Technologies

• Cookies, web beacons, unique identifiers, and similar technologies are used in advertising or email content to collect information about pages viewed, links clicked, and other actions taken while using Ticketfoni Services.

Personal Data Collected from Other Sources

• It is permissible to use social media sites to share information with social media sites, establish a Ticketfoni account, or link the account to the relevant social media site. These social media sites may immediately grant Ticketfoni access to certain personal information about the User (e.g., information about the content viewed by you, the content liked by you and the advertisements shown or clicked, etc.). Ticketfoni may collect, use, and store information given by social media sites in accordance with this Privacy Statement by associating an account managed by a social media site with the User's account (the User has allowed Ticketfoni to access this information). Ticketfoni may also make use of social media plugins or other services.  By associating a social media site's account with the User account and granting Ticketfoni access to this information, the User agrees that Ticketfoni may collect, use, and keep the information given by these social media sites in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
• If you provide Ticketfoni with personal data about a third party, you must disclose this transaction only with that person's permission. According to the Ticketfoni Privacy Statement, by sharing third-party data, you consent to inform third parties about how Ticketfoni collects, uses, and stores user personal data.

How Do We Use Your Personal Data?

Personal data provided by users is used to provide and improve site services, to provide a personalized experience, to interact with users about their accounts and Services, to provide customer service, and to provide and identify personalized advertising and marketing.

The collected personal data is used for a variety of business objectives and under a variety of legal processing bases.

How is personal data used and on what legal basis?

Personal data is used to fulfill the User Agreement and provide Ticketfoni Services to users, to comply with legal obligations,

• Providing payment processing and account management, operating, measuring and improving the Services, keeping the Ticketfoni Services safe, secure and operational, and customizing site content including items and services that may be liked in response to transactions made,
• Anything required to communicate with the user about the account, troubleshoot problems with the account, resolve a dispute, collect fees or monies owed, or provide customer service to users,
  • Ticketfoni may communicate with the user for the purposes stated above via e-mail, phone, SMS/text messages, mail, and mobile push notifications.
  • When communicating with the user by phone, Ticketfoni may use automatically generated or pre-recorded calls and text messages to ensure efficiency, as described in the User Agreement and as permitted by applicable law.
• Providing additional services desired by users,
• Providing location-based services to the user (such as advertising, search results, and other personalized content),
• To prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraud, security breaches, or other potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and/or to comply with legal requirements,
• To enforce the Ticketfoni User Agreement, Ticketfoni Privacy Statement, or other Ticketfoni policies.

Personal data may be used by Ticketfoni for the following reasons with consent:

• Providing opt-in marketing, notifications, or price alerts via phone calls, email, SMS, or text,
• Providing marketing from other Ticketfoni Inc. business family members,
• Providing third-party marketing to consumers
• Customization of third-party advertisements that may show on third-party websites,
• Using accurate geolocation to provide location-based services,
• Use of sensitive personal data to enable transactions in certain categories.

The User has the right to withdraw his/her permission at any time. The lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal is unaffected.

Methods for Accessing, Controlling, and Correcting Personal Data

Ticketfoni respects the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of personal data as required by applicable law. Furthermore, Ticketfoni values the accuracy and currency of the personal data collected.

• The user has the right to know what confidential data about him or her is stored.
• If the user's confidential data is incorrect or incomplete, he/she has the right to have it updated.
• The user has the right to refuse to the processing of his/her personal data.
• The User may request to learn how his or her personal data is used, as well as to have his/her personal data deleted or restricted. This right, however, is governed by applicable legislation and may limit the user's access to certain Ticketfoni Services.

Access, rectification and deletion of personal data

The User can view, review, and change most of his/her personal data by logging into his/her Ticketfoni account. If the User's personal data changes or becomes incorrect, he or she must instantly update it.

Ticketfoni grants the User any legal right to access, modify, or delete personal data. Where Ticketfoni has a legal right to request access to personal data or to request changes to or deletion of personal data, Ticketfoni may block such access or refuse to change or delete personal data in some cases in accordance with applicable national laws.

If the User requests to stop processing some or all the personal data or withdraws consent (where applicable) to the use or disclosure of personal data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement, Ticketfoni will be unable to provide the Services and customer support to the User under this Privacy Statement and the User Agreement.

The Ticketfoni account will be closed as soon as feasible upon the User's request, depending on account activity and in accordance with applicable national laws. The personal details of the User will be hidden from view.

How can personal data be shared?

Users' personal data may be disclosed to Ticketfoni O.Ü. business family members and other members or third parties. This disclosure may be required to provide access to the Services, to comply with legal obligations, to enforce the User Agreement, to facilitate marketing and advertising activities, or to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activity. Ticketfoni takes care to limit the amount of personal data disclosed so that it is immediately relevant and required for the stated purpose. Without the user's consent, Ticketfoni will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose Personal data to third parties for marketing and advertising purposes.

Personal data may be disclosed to the organizations listed below for the following reasons:

Ticketfoni OÜ. corporate family members based on corporate legitimate interests, used for the purposes of:

• Providing shared content and services (such as registration, transactions, and customer support),
• Detecting, investigating, mitigating, and preventing potentially fraudulent and illegal acts, breaches of the User Agreement and data security breaches,
• Providing personalized advertising to the user,
• Development of products, sites, applications, services, tools and marketing communications,
• Ticketfoni O.Ü. corporate family members will use personal data to send marketing communications to the user only if such communications from users are authorized by the users' consent or otherwise permitted by law.

Ticketfoni Business Partners

• When it is considered essential for Ticketfoni to provide its services to users or to use its services, Ticketfoni may share certain identification data and other personal information related to transactions that may include personal data with its business partners. It may, for instance, share such information with partner teams, venues, artists, leagues, or third parties associated with the event for which tickets are sold or bought.
• Ticketfoni may share users' Personal data with business partners who request it in order to provide a better experience to users while using the Services or to allow the business partner to send information about their services to the user (including for independent marketing purposes subject to confidentiality). If the User wishes to opt out of having their personal data shared with third parties for marketing purposes, they may do so by sending a letter to the address listed in the "Contact Us" section below.

Service Providers and partners of financial institutions are as follows:

• Ticketfoni Services, providers that help provide payment processing services, help provide customized advertisements, help prevent potentially illegal acts, violations of the User Agreement, fraud and/or security breaches, bill collection, affiliate and rewards programs, co-branded credit cards, and other commercial activities,
• Third-party financial institutions that partner with Ticketfoni to offer financial products to you for the provision of shared content and services (such as registration, transactions, and customer support). (These third-party financial institution partners will only use personal data to send marketing communications if you have requested their services).
• Third-party shipping providers (e.g., DHL, UPS, USPS, etc.) with whom we share delivery address, contact information, and shipment tracking information to enable delivery of purchased goods and other delivery-related communications.
• Third-party website, application, service, and tool providers with whom we collaborate for them to publicize or promote user lists and content on their websites, applications, services, and tools, (Third party providers are not allowed to sell, rent or otherwise transfer personal information contained in user lists to third parties).

Law enforcement, legal proceedings and as authorized by law;

• Personal data may be disclosed to comply with the law, enforce the Ticketfoni User Agreement, respond to claims that the listing or other content violates the rights of others, or protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
• Disclosure may be made to law enforcement, government agencies, or authorized third parties in response to a verified request or legal process relating to a criminal investigation, alleged, or suspected illegal activity, or any other activity that exposes Ticketfoni, the user, or other Ticketfoni users.
• Information requested may be disclosed in response to a subpoena, court order, or substantially similar lawful request, or in the case of suspected unlawful activities of third parties involved in a legal proceeding, if there is a good faith belief that disclosure of the information is necessary to prevent or report imminent physical harm or financial loss.
• It may be provided to third parties in response to a legitimate and substantiated legal complaint.

Other Ticketfoni users authorized by you, the user, or other Ticketfoni users authorized by the user to use the Ticketfoni Services

• Where necessary, sellers may receive information necessary to complete the transaction, provide box office services, or access to the venue, such as name, email address, contact information, shipping and billing address, or other information, such as name, email address, contact information, shipping and billing address, or other information. In some cases, buyers may see information about the vendor, such as when it is included as a return address in a ticket shipment.
• The other user who receives the information may only use it for transaction-related reasons. They are not permitted to contact you for marketing purposes unless you have agreed to receive marketing from the other user.
• Unsolicited or threatening communications to users are a violation of the User Agreement.

Personal data may be disclosed to the Payment system and company family for the following purposes:

• To prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate potentially illegal acts, fraud, and/or security breaches, and to assess and manage risk, including alerting you when Ticketfoni or the Payment System Site detects fraudulent activity on user accounts,
• To provide customer service, such as helping the User in servicing their accounts or resolving disputes (For instance, billing or transaction-related disputes).
• When a payment is made to Ticketfoni Services using a payment card, a Payment System is used to enable payment card processing and to process the payment.
• It may disclose to facilitate the transportation and related services of purchases made using the Payment System.

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?

Personal data is retained by Ticketfoni for as long as necessary to provide the requested Services or as required by applicable legislation.

When Ticketfoni's retention of personal data is no longer needed, it will be securely destroyed in accordance with its data retention and deletion policies.

Cookies and Related Technologies

Cookies, web beacons, and other similar advertising technologies will be used to store information to help provide users with a better, faster, and safer experience when viewing or engaging with the Ticketfoni website, services, apps, tools, or correspondence. How do we keep your personal data safe?

Ticketfoni protects personal data using technical and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. Some of the security data encryption, physical access controls to data centers and information access authorization controls.

Data Controllers and Data Protection Officers

The following information explains who the data controller is and who is responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, storage, and protection of personal data in accordance with this Privacy Statement and all relevant national laws;

The user's obligations in relation to the transaction details obtained through Ticketfoni

For certain transactions, the user may be provided with the other user's personal data (such as names, e-mail addresses, contact information and transaction data) in order to complete the transaction or to enable entry to a venue. Regardless of Ticketfoni, the user is the controller of such data, and Ticketfoni recommends that the other user be informed about privacy practices and respect the privacy of other users. In all instances, the user must follow applicable privacy laws, and the other user must be given the opportunity to remove personal data from the database and review what information is gathered about other users.

Personal data accessed may only be used for purposes related to Ticketfoni transactions or other services provided by Ticketfoni, as well as for purposes explicitly allowed by the user to whom the information pertains. Other user personal information to which the user has access for any other reason is a violation of the User Agreement.

Unsolicited or threatening e-mail

Ticketfoni does not allow the misuse of its services. Unless the site permits it, you are not permitted to add other users to your mailing list (email or mail), phone or send text messages for commercial purposes, even if the user has bought a ticket from the seller. Unsolicited or threatening e-mail and text communications are prohibited under the User Agreement. Please report any spam or spoof emails relating to Ticketfoni to info@ticketfoni.com

Communication tools

Ticketfoni may scan messages automatically to detect spam, viruses, and other malicious activity, illegal or forbidden content, or violations of the User Agreement, this Privacy Statement, or other policies.

The privacy of children

The Ticketfoni website is intended for a broad population. It is not intended for children under the age of eighteen (18), and no personal information is collected from users who are deemed children under relevant national laws.

Privacy policies of third parties

This Privacy Statement only applies to the collection and use of personal information from users in conjunction with the provision of Ticketfoni Services. If a user discloses their information to a third party or views a third-party website via a link, the third-party's privacy statements and practices will apply to personal information provided to the third party or collected by the third party from the user.

Ticketfoni does not promise that the third party will keep personal information confidential or secure.
