Ticketfoni is a leading ticket marketplace for sports tickets, concerts, festivals and football matches. Ticket prices are set by sellers and may be below or above face value.

Sales Policy

 
1. All applicable laws, regulations, the terms of this Sales Policy and the User Agreement must be complied with when listing, selling and delivering tickets. When a Seller submits a ticket to Ticketfoni, it must set the price at which you wish to sell the ticket ("Sale Price"). The Seller may change or remove the selling price at any time until the tickets are sold.
2. If the Buyer accepts the offer by purchasing tickets from Ticketfoni, the Seller is obliged to deliver the relevant ticket to the Buyer within the required delivery time. The Seller may not cancel orders and resell the same tickets at a higher price under any circumstances. Otherwise, the Agreement will be deemed breached, and Ticketfoni may seek compensation from the Seller for its damages as a result of this breach.
3. Ticketfoni does not guarantee that tickets will be sold or that tickets will appear within a certain period of time after they are posted on the Site or that they will appear in a certain order in the event list or search results. Ticketfoni shall not be liable for any tickets that are not sold for any reason whatsoever, whether due to downtime, maintenance or delay in listing or due to the unavailability of the Site. This is acknowledged and accepted by both the buyer and the seller.
4. Ticketfoni does not guarantee the accuracy of any other event information on the Site, including but not limited to the event name, event location or venue, event start time or event date. The Merchant shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of the event information.
5. The Seller freely publishes the offer for the ticket. The Seller has complete control over the price. For the sale of the ticket in question, Ticketfoni will only receive a commission fee. Both the buyer and the seller are aware of, and agree to, these terms.
6. If any tax is included in the ticket listed for sale by the Seller, it is the Seller’s responsibility to determine the amount of tax required for each ticket and add it to the final sales price. Ticketfoni has no responsibility for the type and amount of tax.
7. Ticketfoni will receive a Service fee for sales/transactions made via its website. That is, a commission rate will be added to the price or net fee sought by the Seller. This additional rate represents Ticketfoni's service fee. Value Added Tax ('VAT'), if any, applicable at the time of the transaction will be added to the resulting price.  
8. From the first electronic mail from Ticketfoni informing the Seller that the sale of the ticket has been confirmed or is pending, the offer cannot be withdrawn or edited.
9. The Seller is obliged to make the tickets available to the Buyer. When the transaction is confirmed by the Buyer, Ticketfoni sends an e-mail to the Seller confirming the sale and the Seller is obliged to complete the transaction in a way that allows the Buyer to benefit from the tickets purchased.  The realized sales cannot be canceled. 
10. Ticketfoni may demand compensation from the Seller for all tickets whose sales could not be realized due to the Sellers' failure to comply with the conditions specified in the User Agreement and Sales policy or due to any error caused by them. These prices will include Ticketfoni's costs incurred in resolving orders that cannot be fully realized.
11. Ticketfoni has the authority to close the account of any Seller who repeatedly violates the rules, fails to fulfill the conditions, or is suspected of violating the rules. The Seller will be deemed to have violated the User Agreement and this Seller Policy in the following circumstances. Ticketfoni may seek compensation for all damages incurred.
a) Sending Tickets for any show later than the maximum time set by Ticketfoni;  
b) The dispatch of a Ticket that is different from the published one, even if the Seller considers that this Offer is the same or better than the published one, penalties will apply;  
c) Ticketfoni is forced to activate the Ticket transfer operating system in order to complete a sale not fulfilled by the Seller;  
d) Ticketfoni is obliged to refund or reimburse the Buyer due to the Seller's failure to complete the transaction;  
The shipment is deemed to have been sent incorrectly and the Seller is at fault in the following cases:
a) The seat is located in a different order than published; 
b) The seat is located in a different section than published; 
c) The seat is located in a higher area than published, regardless of its distance from the stage;
d) Replacement of a Reserved Ticket with a General Ticket or vice versa; Seats that change the audience's view of the area; 
e) Tickets posted side by side in a single advertisement (type of sale) but belonging to separate locations; 
f) Tickets sold as "together" but not actually side by side; 
g) Failure to clearly indicate in the advertisement if the ticket has restrictions. 
h) Tickets in a different category than the one shown on the map on the Website where the sale is made;
Sales with inaccurate shipping tracking information will be considered invalid. (This condition applies even if the Buyer receives the ticket whose shipping tracking number was entered by the Seller by mistake).
1. The Seller is responsible for the matters listed below; 
• Ensuring that the courier picks up the package within the designated shipping time for any show and, if the shipping label needs to be printed, doing so correctly; 
• If it is not necessary to print the shipping label, to correctly write the address and contact information of the sender and recipient;
• Putting the tickets of the sale in an envelope; 
• Sealing the envelope well to prevent it from being opened during the shipping process; 
• If there is a shipping label: to make sure that the carrier has scanned the label so that a delivery record is created; 
• If there is no shipping label: to ensure that the carrier correctly writes all the required information and the number of envelopes received on the delivery declaration; 
• To properly store the delivery declaration or receipt of receipt issued by the carrier who has received the cargo.
 
1. Once the Seller has sent the tickets to the address specified by the Buyer, it is the Buyer's responsibility to receive the package. In the event that the package is refused, undelivered or returned, no refund will be issued by Ticketfoni.
2. If a package has been returned and the Seller needs to reship the same verified order of the Buyer, the Seller will contact info@ticketfoni.com for reshipment options. If it is not Seller fault, the Buyer will be charged an additional delivery fee for the reshipment. If it is the Seller's fault, no additional delivery fee will be charged to the Buyer due to the new shipment. Since this situation is caused by the Seller, the delivery fee will be charged to the Seller.
3. Some tickets may have been purchased long before the Event date (professional sports leagues, concerts and other events may not be delivered immediately). Tickets must normally be delivered within three business days of the selected delivery method, but this three-day period does not constitute a delivery date. After the purchase, the buyer can check the status of their order on the tickets purchased page in their account. Choosing the ready-to-ship method does not guarantee that tickets will be shipped right away, as tickets will be shipped as soon as they become available.
4. If the Seller uploads or e-mails the ticket in an invalid PDF format (or any other format) or creates its own file by scanning or photocopying the tickets, the sale will be canceled and Ticketfoni will be liable for any damages Ticketfoni is obliged to pay.  
5. If the "fast shipping" option is clicked in the listing, the Seller undertakes to send the ticket within 72 hours from the date of order. If the tickets have not been sent after this period, Ticketfoni reserves the right to cancel the order without any compensation to the Seller.
6. If the transaction is completed successfully, Ticketfoni will pay the Seller's bank account, which the Seller provided when registering on the Site, using the payment method specified by Ticketfoni.
7. On the second and fourth Mondays of each month, the accounts for completed events are settled. Ticketfoni will be instructed to pay for these events' tickets sold two business days after this date. The time it takes for the Seller to receive payment will be determined by the payment method selected in advance.
8. In case of local delivery, the Buyer will receive the tickets from the Seller at a location close to the event venue. The Buyer must pick up his/her order at a mutually agreed-upon location with the Seller, who has contacted him/her in advance. To claim the tickets, the Buyer may be required to show an ID as well as the credit card used at the time of purchase as additional verification.
9. If the Buyer has a problem with the local delivery location, contact info@ticketfoni.com for assistance. Neither Ticketfoni nor the customer contact center will issue refunds if the Buyer fails to provide a valid ID or other required documents for ticket delivery or fails to pick up the tickets at the designated location. Ticketfoni accepts no responsibility in this regard.
10. If the ticket used by the Buyer to gain entry to the event at the venue is invalid, the Buyer must contact the Site immediately. Within two (2) days of the event, the Buyer must obtain written proof that the Buyer has been refused entry to the event and send it to the Site's e-mail address info@ticketfoni.com within two (2) days.
11. If the Site receives an email from the venue with written evidence and the Buyer's explanation of the circumstances of the refused entry within two (2) days of the event, the Site will review the Buyer's claim. If, in its sole discretion, the Site determines that the Buyer's entry has been refused, the Site will refund the Buyer's ticket prices and shipping fees.
12. Tickets may not be listed or published on any website other than Ticketfoni. If it is intended to be published on other websites, the advertisement must be removed immediately from the Ticketfoni website. This situation is accepted and declared by the Seller.
13. In the event of fraud, the User may be required to provide additional authentication with any order. Identity verification may include, but is not limited to, a signed credit card and/or photocopies of public documents such as a driver's license and/or passport.
In Case of Late Shipment;  
For paper tickets, if your planned shipping time to reach the Buyer is not sufficient; 
•  You must notify the Site as soon as possible. 
•   If you are sending the order late, you must send it as express cargo. 
•   On the Day of the Event, you must hand-deliver your tickets to the Seller by signing the delivery form. 
If the Buyer Does Not Receive Shipping Information;
•  If the shipping information is processed correctly in the sales transaction, the Buyer will definitely receive the shipping information. If the event is canceled due to any situation such as organization, etc., the Buyer must return the tickets to the seller to receive a refund. (Paper Ticket) 
•  Check your pick-up and shipping processes. 
•   Check whether your tickets match your sale. 
•   It is the Seller's responsibility to control the transfer, change, shipping of the tickets of your sale until they reach the buyer. The seller must know this situation.
To avoid communication problems with your orders; 
•   Make sure that the e-mail address is correct. 
•   Use short and easy to write e-mail addresses for customer service. 
•   Always check your inbox and spam box for messages sent by Ticketfoni. 
•   Answer Ticketfoni's phone call and e-mail in a short time to communicate with the Seller or Buyer.
 
 
1. BUYER POLICY  
A Buyer who wishes to purchase a ticket for sale is deemed to have accepted all of the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy and the User Agreement.
Your payment will be made to Ticketfoni and will be payable to the Seller under the Payment Services Agreement or User Agreement. After the sale has been completed, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
The Buyer's acceptance of the terms of the offer for the ticket that the Buyer wishes to purchase shall mean that the Buyer agrees to pay the price set by the Seller (the price may vary as each Seller sets its own price), Ticketfoni's Service fee and shipping charges. Tickets will not be refunded, canceled or exchanged. The Buyer is aware of and accepts this situation.
Ticketfoni accepts no responsibility for changes in the course of the shows that occur after the sale, such as location, date changes, the status of the venue where the show will take place, or the show's cancellation. Realized sales can never be refunded. Under no circumstances will the Buyers' payment be refunded.
When the Buyer accepts the Offer, the Ticketfoni Service Process begins. By accepting the Offer, the Buyer authorizes Ticketfoni to charge the total price of the transaction, including the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable to Ticketfoni's Service at the time of purchase and any other taxes, via the designated payment method. The Buyer expressly accepts, declares, and undertakes to this in advance. 
Confirmation and Delivery of Sale: If a sale is confirmed or put on hold, Ticketfoni will send a confirmation e-mail containing the transaction details to the Buyer's e-mail address. This e-mail will be a proof of the transaction between the Seller and the Buyer.
Service fee; the fixed offer price set by the Seller is the price displayed on the Website for an Offer created by the Seller for any performance in accordance with the Terms of Use herein.  
Shipping cost is the cost incurred by a Buyer transacting on the Website as a result of using the Shipping Services.  
Ticketfoni's service fee for the purchase of tickets: When the Buyer uses the Website to purchase tickets, Ticketfoni is entitled to receive an intermediary Service Fee for all transactions that the Buyer performs on this platform.
 
 
The price of the Service provided by Ticketfoni is determined as follows:  
The commission rate for the Service provided by Ticketfoni will be added to the ticket price determined by the Seller and the shipping fee to be applied when necessary. Value Added Tax (VAT), if applicable at the time of the transaction, will be added to the commission rate. The Ticketfoni service fee is the sum of the prices stated herein.
Buyer's responsibilities regarding ticket purchase:
After placing an order, the Buyer will receive an email with instructions on how to download the tickets. As a result, it is critical that the Buyer provides accurate e-mail address information during the ordering process. Once the tickets are ready for download, you will be able to download the tickets by clicking on the "Your PDF Ticket is Uploaded." link in your order status. You need to click on the "Download" link. After clicking, your e-mail address and password will be requested.  You can then view, print or save your ticket(s) as a PDF. Only one copy of the barcode will be accepted at the venue. Your ticket(s) will also be available in the "Tickets I Purchased" section and you will receive an email that your ticket(s) have been uploaded. Follow the instructions to download the tickets.  It is the Buyer's responsibility to contact info@ticketfoni.com in the event that the Buyer does not receive the email instructions, is unable to download the tickets or is unable to print the tickets. Ticketfoni will not refund the Buyer if the Buyer fails to provide a correct e-mail address or fails to print the tickets.
Mobile Ticket: Due to the uncertainty of when the ticket to be transferred will be available for transfer, electronic transfer delivery may not be available for immediate access. Following the placement of an order, the Buyer will receive an e-mail containing instructions on how to accept the electronic transfer. As a result, it is critical that the Buyer provides accurate e-mail address information for the ticket transfer system account during the ordering process. To access the tickets, the Buyer must create an account with the relevant ticket transfer system, provide the email address of the relevant ticket transfer system account, and have access to a smart device to present the QR code displayed via the electronic transfer system for entry to the event. The Purchaser is responsible for contacting info@ticketfoni.com if they do not receive the email instructions, do not accept the ticket transfer, or cannot find the ticket transfer email. There will be no refunds given to the Buyer for problems caused by the Buyer, such as failing to enter a correct e-mail address for ticket information to be defined to individuals or failing to accept the ticket transfer offer. If the Buyer rejects the ticket transfer offer, Ticketfoni will not issue a refund.
Event cancellation and postponement  
There will be no cancellation, refund, or exchange if an event is canceled or postponed. 
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your order will not be refunded if the original tickets were valid for admission to the rescheduled event. (The Buyer will not be refunded.) 
If the event is rescheduled, the Seller is not permitted to resell, void, or exchange Tickets for rescheduled events. He will keep the tickets and send them to the Buyer once the new date is set.
Sellers who have already delivered their Tickets to the Buyer will be compensated following the Event. 
If the event organizer announces that the event has been postponed or canceled, the Buyer will be notified via e-mail. Only if the event is officially canceled will buyers receive a full refund. However, Ticketfoni makes no guarantees about the duration of the refund. The Seller is aware of this and accepts it. 
If the event occurs, the Seller will be paid within 21 days of the event. The Seller is aware of the situation and accepts it.
If a ticket is sold for an event that is canceled for any reason; if the event is canceled, payment for this sale will not be received. 
It is necessary to confirm that the event has been canceled and that it will not take place. If there is a definite cancellation, the tickets must be delivered to the Seller's address within 4 days at the latest. The Buyer is charged a service fee and a shipping fee by Ticketfoni. This situation is acceptable to the Buyer. 
If an event is canceled, the delivery costs associated with the purchase will not be refunded. The delivery dates are only estimates. All of these terms are known to and agreed to by the buyer and seller.
Reasons for the Seller's Sale Cancellation: 
1. Check your list of Sales and reserve orders for Buyers if the available products of your Sale are sold out and you cannot ship this order by the mandatory delivery date.
2. It is the Seller's responsibility if the tickets sent to the Buyer do not match the order. The Seller shall compensate for all possible damages (category, section, row, seats, validity, delivery date, etc.).
3. The Seller is liable for any damage caused by incorrect ticket pricing. Ticketfoni is not liable for inaccurate pricing. This situation is accepted and declared by the Seller. 
4.The Seller is responsible for cargo tracking. 
5.It is the Seller's responsibility if the order is not shipped within the estimated shipping time. 
Promotional offers
Ticketfoni may run promotions or offer discounts on its services. Both the buyer and seller are aware of and accept the situation.
